VDS ANNOUNCES REAL-TIME SD/HD PAINT SUPPORT
FOR BLUEFISH444 UNCOMPRESSED VIDEO CARDS
MELVILLE, NY, March 15, 2004 - VDS, a leading developer of broadcast automation software, content design applications and plug-in products, announces that its leading broadcast paint system Twister now supports SD/HD real-time paint I/O on the Bluefish444 line of uncompressed video cards.
Twister is a complete paint, graphics content creation, and I/O solution for Broadcasters. Twister runs as a standalone application, or as a plug-in for industry-leading content creation, editing, management and display systems. With Twister, artists will now have access to VDS' famous content creation tools and file transfer utilities right from a single intuitive user interface. This includes a full suite of comprehensive paint tools and brushes, unlimited layering capabilities, and sophisticated image processing and masking tools developed specifically for Broadcasters. In addition, most Photoshop plug-ins may be run from within Twister, allowing access to hundreds of inexpensive image effect libraries currently available.

All in all, Twister brings unprecedented content creation capability to broadcast graphics operations.
