[15 MAY 2009]Synapse 6.9.3 is now available on the VDS FTP site.. Synapse 6.9.3 requires Quantel 3.6 or higher. All other Quantel users should download Synapse 5.8.9 instead, which is also available on our FTP site.
IMPORTANT: This upgrade requires a new Synapse license. Licenses generated for prior Synapse releases will not work. In order to obtain a new license you must either be on Synapse support or purchase the upgrade. Please contact VDS Sales or Licensing for details.
Twister Updates

We have qualified two new graphics cards for use with Twister (and Liberty): The 3DLabs Wildcat VP880 Pro (256MB) and VP990 Pro (512MB) perform extremely well, and offer particularly fast/smooth layer handling. They are also adept at 3D, so they're great for those who want to use 3DSMAX or Maya in conjunction with Twister or Liberty.
Liberty Updates
Are you running Liberty V8.5 yet? All supported Liberty Studio & Film (Windows) users should upgrade to version 8.5. Contact Licensing if you are unsure of your support status, or if you are still running an older version of Liberty.
Supported customers may download Liberty 8.5 from the VDS FTP site.., or request a CD. NOTE: Users who upgrade to Liberty V8.5 will require a new license.
